Canceled Spotify but still being charged monthly

Hi,

 

I am using spotify family premium with one family member.

 I was soon offered by my mobile provider of free premium since im using ther mobile service.

I was asked to cancel my current subscription.

So i canceled. and it says. I need to wait until 28/6 before subscription will ends. and now you guys are charging me again and I need to wait until 28/7. you told me that you dont have any payment info but still charging me . 

 

what is this nonsense.

Hi Abang, thanks for contacting us!

 

We've checked your account and seen that your Premium for Family subscription was canceled on the 6th of Jul 2016 and the payment from the 28th of Jun 2016 was refunded. However, we can see that you resubscribed for regular Premium the next day and canceled shortly after. 

 

If you're still interested in getting Spotify through your mobile service provided, we'd recommend getting in touch with them directly.
