Canceled facebook, cant access spotify, still being charged for premium, HELP!!!

Canceled facebook, cant access spotify, still being charged for premium, HELP!!!

I signed up with spotify premium through my old facebook account, then without considering the consequence, I canceled facebook months ago and lost access to my spotify account.  I have tried everything to log in, contact spotify and facebook, but this seems to be a circumstance without solution, at least so far.  Spotify still charges me without fail every month, but worst of all I lost my playlists which were priceless.  Any suggestions or advice?  Cheers folks

This seems like something the Spotify staff members should be able to help more by taking a look under the hood for you. You can reach them on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

 

Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
