Canceled in December - STILL being charged

Hi I Canceled my Subscription in December

Recived an email with case number etc

I have since noticed 3 months later you have still been charging me

I replyed to the mail a week ago asking for help on this and a refund for the past three payments

and I recived a mail back stating Ill get a responce in 3 days - I havent had anything

Is there a number I can call I cant seem to find it anywhere
