Canceled my free trial today but still got charged $9.99

Customer service seems to be hard to find with Spotify, there is no number I can call to remove this charge because I don't use the service anymore and was under the impression that I had until today to cancel. I've emailed spotify but from what I've read their responses are a little spotty. I just want help getting this charge removed, any ideas? I'd love to come back to spotify premium when I can afford it, but the customer service has me thinking twice.
