Canceled my subscription and my subscription was still renewed

I canceled my 3 month subscription in the middle of January so that i would no longer be charged for the Premium service since i no longer use the app very much and would be happy with the free service. Today, i was charged for the subscription renewal which, again, i did not warant. Iwant to get a refund for this but i can't find a way to do so on the website or the app. How do i take care of this?

Did you receive a confirmation e-mail after you cancelled your subscription? Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
