Canceled premium subscription but charged for another month

Canceled premium subscription but charged for another month

I canceled my premium account in April but was billed again on May 19 for another month.

I want to contact someone but it is annoyingly difficult to find a way to simply e-mail or get help online.

All I can find is a street address in New York and instructions to send a contact form (to which the link only sends me back in a circle and ends again at the same place I started).

It must be easier than this to reach somebody?


Please how do I get in contact with somebody that can fix my billing problem?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

I finally did reach the contact form (I had to click on the Still need help button to actually get the form).  So am waiting for reply now.  Thanks.
