What do I do? I canceled my subscription because I am really short on cash. What do I do?

I would suggest you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into processing a refund for you. They will need to verify some details with you which is why it can't be done on the public forums. Replies are normally within 48 hours via email, so be sure to check your inbox as well as spam/junk folders.
