Canceled subscription but still got charged

I cancelled my subscription on 09/27/2016, one day before my renewal date. I noticed that I still got charged. I cancelled again today. How do I get a refund for this month?

You can get in touch with Spotify through their contact form here and ask why you've been charged despite canceling your subscription.

I cancelled subscription 2 most ago way ahead my cut off but after review of my credit card statement I saw that cancellation has not taken effect as I still get charged.
