Canceling A Service I Don't Have

Hey, everybody! I could really, really use some help!! 

 

This is the main account that I use. This account says that I do not have premium; however, on my bank statements, I am being charged ten dollars a month. I have tried all of my email addresses to see if another is connected to Spotify, but the only one that is connected is the one that says I do not have premium service. I have tried to contact Spotify, but all I get is an automated response when I email. I have also attempted to message them on Facebook and Twitter, but I have not received a reply. I am becoming really frustrated with this, because I have been charged for the past four months for a service I do not have.
