Canceling Spotify Family

Greetings,

I've been using spotify family plan (me + 1 other person) for the past month and now I want to completely cancel my premium. I don't want neither the family plan or normal Premium but I can't seem to find the option to do it. I tried going into "Subscription" and cancel under "Update Details" but the option is not there...
Can someone help me solve this? Thanks.

Please try using a different Internet browser or clearing the cache from the Internet browser you're using. Then give that another try and let us know if it works for you.

I tried that as you said and still wasn't able to do it... it still doesn't appear.

Hey there @tipsydz2 and welcome in the community!

Could you have subscribed to Spotify Family via another service, like iTunes? If so, you'll need to cancel Spotify through that service.

Also, it's worth it to check this thread out (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Cancellation-Problems/m-p/36653#M53... that solved a similar case.
