Canceling my account and getting a refund?

Hi I signed up for the 30 day trial i had forgotten to cancel and i looked at my bank account and 9.99 was taken earlier today. I can't afford to pay for the subscription this month and Really need a refund plus on the app it says im still on a premium trial? Help is appreciated!

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can follow this guide.

Generally, you can ask for a refund after getting in touch with Spotify. Just use the contact form to get in touch with a member of the staff who will check your eligibility for one. Make sure that you'll reply to the automated email you'll receive after you've sent the form, even if it's a no-reply 🙂 Support usually gets back withing 24-48 hours.

I have been charged every month when in fact i should still be on 6 month free trial according to vodafone how do i get in contact with spotify directly to cancel my subscription and get a refund. It is not the easiest and very confusing website

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchases? In it, it shows your Spotify username

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

1. With it, go to http://spotify.com/

2. Login to your account

3. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

4. In there, it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.
