Canceling premium but don’t have ANY LOGIN INFO!

My Question or Issue

 

My husband got a Spotify account but didn’t put in the right email and he doesn’t remember the user name or password!! He broke his phone and had to get a new one so now we don’t know the login. We have been charged for 4 months now and we can’t get on to cancel anything!! HELP!
