Canceling premium from suspended faceook

Recently, facebook did this thing where it wanted me to sumit documents to prove my identity and pretty suspended my account and I had that facebook linked to my spotify but now I can't access my account at all and I have premium on it and was wondering how I can cancel premium on that account since I can't use it anymore?

I have exaxtly the same issue here. In germany one is by law not allowed to send private documents (like your id) to a company.

Is there any possibility to delink my account from the facebook thing?

Today my paypal account was charged, although i have no access to my account (getting the message that my account is temporary not availible) by spotify login. I was already forced to create this second account for getting any help, there seems to be no contact email or hotline. Having just a user to user support is cheap by any meaning. Im very sad.

I really liked this service, and was willing to pay for it, but in this case my only option is to contact you via paypal.
