Canceling premium

I need to cancel my premium Spotify account but every time I log in it says I am on free Spotify trial but I still get charged for premium membership

What you can do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide them with your payment details and they should be able to track it to your account and cancel your subscription for you. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
