Canceling spotify premium for another plan?

Hi, I just bought spotify premium for myself, but I was wondering, would it be possible to switch to a family plan without paying twice?

Yesm you can upgrade without paying twice. But note that when you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your next payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.

See your subscription page to keep an eye on your billing.

So I suggest you check your next billing date and upgrade a few days before it.
