I have a bit of a dilemma. When i use the app, its logged in with my Facebook account. When i came to the spotify site, my Facebook account was not registered. Once i registered it, it doesn't recognize i already have Premium through the app (purchased it last month). I have no option to cancel my subscription because they're not linked, even though both are using my Facebook account. What do i do to cancel? Call my bank and do a stop payment?

huhuhu.. me too.. I tried the 30 days free and unsubscribe prior to the due date but I was still charged. but when I checked my acct, I wasnt subscribe already... hoooww.. what to do

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
 
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.

There is nothing in my emails about spotify. When i log into my account on the app, i use the "log in with facebook" function. When i originally tried the same on here, it said there was no account linked to that facebook. So, i created one with my Facebook.

I purchased the premium through google play, but for some reason, i have no email of the purchase even though its in my bank statement.

The point is, for some reason or other, my account on the app cant be logged into on the site because its not recognized. It makes no sense. How else am i to unsubscribe?

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
