Cancellation of subcription

I need help please. Even though my account says I'm on free trial, it still charged me £9.99. Please help me to rectify problem.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I thought I was getting a free 30 day trial but was charged $9.99 on my account so I cancelled it less than 5 minutes after what I thought was a free trial & would like a refund please. Thank you!

Still am totally confused as I am on free Spotify and being charged 9.99 again.
Navigation through Spotify's links are very confusing and don'help me fix this problem. I don't even know how to delete my credit card Info?
Spotify should deal with these sort of problems not us !!!
I would again like a refund of my 9.99 and want Spotify to delete my credit card Info so that this is not an ever ending problem !!! Frustrated to say the least.

To delete payment info:

 

1. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

 
Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.

When I hit the first link, It says 'Spotify Free' and does not not allow me to update Info but being charged 9.99?

That means you're not longer Premium and maybe your info is not in the system.

 

Did you get any email receipts for your subscription purchases? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

Is it the same you're using right now?
