Cancellation!

Cancellation!

I've tried cancelling my account as premium user however I can't find that BUTTON!!' It still states there as Spotify FREE but it has been charging to my card for the past few months, please help!!!

Hi there and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like you could have a duplicate account, you can check using this guide. If you found a duplicate account just cancel that subscription. If not, just let me know by replying in this thread!
