I signed up for premium, but within about a month or two I cancelled. For some reason I am still paying for it.

I signed up through the website, and paid for it through my bank account. I haven't linked my account to Facebook or any other account.

Someone please help me. I'm really getting annoyed paying for something that I don't even use.

Can you double-check that you followed all the steps to cancel your subscription? https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_settings/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/

 

Also, if you believe you are eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours!

Thank you for responding to my question.

I have gone through all of the steps. I have not connected my Facebook account, and I don't have any other email accounts connected.

I am definitely still paying for premium. I have proof of the money getting taken out of my account, but it says that I have Spotify Free so there is no way (that I know of) of cancelling it.

Alright, you might have a second account accidentally, if you use the above contact information to talk to Spotify support they can help you find it using your payment details and then make sure it is canceled.
