Cancellation

Hello,

My name is Lyndsay and my brother Cory, a spotify user, has
just passed away in a car accident this weekend and I would like to cancel
his subscription so his account does not keep getting charged the monthly
fees.

Hi, you would have to get in touch with customer services, you can email support@spotify.com 🙂

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that awful news 😞 

As Liam said above, you can email directly or alternatively you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to do this for you after verifying a few security details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you mean cancel your Spotify subscription or disconnect your account from Facebook?
