Why did I get charged $9.99 for Premium if I already cancelled Free Trial before it's expired?!

 

I want a refund.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can work with you to get you a refund.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
