Cancelled KPN - but still subscribed

Cancelled KPN - but still subscribed

Premium - The Netherlands

 

Via my former cable and internet provider, I have a premium subscription. I cancelled the internet and TV services. KPN, the provider, said they also cancelled the SPotify subscription by 24th of April. The subscription should end by 24th of May 2022 at the latest. I still have Premium. KPN is not able to cancel it a second time off course because I am no longer in there system. They directed me to Spotify.

 

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In this case, it's best to reach out to KPN again and telling them to cancel the subscription. The subscription is managed by them, so they're the only one's who can look into it 🙂

 

If this has already been done, the possible reason for the subscription still being active may be, that you still have some time left on the Premium subscription and the account will soon revert to free (but this is only a speculation).
