Cancelled My Account - stil being billed

Cancelled My Account - stil being billed

I cancelled my account a couple of months back and just noticed that I'm still being billed and my account is acting as though I've never cancelled.  I just cancelled AGAIN, but not hopeful it will actually stick.  I would expect a 'reputable' business like spotify not to play this game with its customers. 

 

Anyone have any ideas how to permenantly cancel?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If you sign into your online account and your subscription status says your account is going to revert to Spotify free then you have successfully cancelled. 

If you where being billed but not using the service get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they may be able to offer you a refund if you where being billed without knowing.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
