I have cancelled my premium account , just checked online and yet my bank statement says £9.99 owed to spotify it is not a payment that is back dated because I have been wihtout premium for a few months now. Why am I being charged?

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

unfortunately I cannot remember if I got an email , but all I know is that when i log into spotify it is offering me the option to go premium , so I am definitely not subscribed yet I have paid in February and now in March.
