Cancelled Premium Oct 29th (Auto Renew Oct 30)...still got charged and Auto Renew Still Enabled

I cancelled my Premium Subscription Oct 29th, 1 day before the Oct 30 Auto Renewal.  Today (Oct 30th) I was charged for Premium and the Auto Renew is still enabled.

 

I want a refund of my money and my Auto Renewal cancelled.

Hey @pacifister,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I just checked and it doesn't look like I received the email. I did fill out the post cancellation survey as to why I cancelled.

So how do I go about getting a refund? Thanks.
