Cancelled Premium at the end of last year but STILL BEING CHARGED

Hello,

 

I cancelled my Premium subscription on this account at the end of last year but have still been getting charged! I cancelled it because I cancelled my Facebook and wanted an account that was indepedant of Facebook, which is on Premium.

 

How can I be refunded? I have not been on this account since the end of 2014 and did put in a request for my subscription to be cancelled!!
