Cancelled Premium, didn't actually cancel??

Cancelled Premium, didn't actually cancel??

I was doing the Free 30 day trial and my renewal date was 3-17-2015...I canceled my subscription on 3-16-15. I open up Spotify this morning and realized that I still have premium. So, I look at my account and my renewal date is now april 17th...So obviously it didn't cancel, even though I did. I haven't been charged yet. but who knows. Anyone else have this problem?

Have the same issue. I cancelled either the 12th or 13th and noticed today (haven't used it since then) that I still have premium, and it's saying it will now expire April 13th.

Well, I'm glad that I'm not the only one. I was going to renew eventually...maybe I'll just keep it. This is probably how they get people!! lol

I just cancelled my my premium account before it was set to renew, and I was charged again!  How in the heck can I actually get this problem solved?  I want to get refunded for the service I didn't want!!!
