Cancelled Premium while ago, Charged twice

Hello, a long time ago i got the premium trial (or maybe i paid? Don't remember) but i realized i could just download the songs i wanted to listen to. So i cancelled

 

I haven't checked my paypal till today but i've been charged twice since i cancelled and i'm 100% certain i cancelled - I'm very aware of my speditures.

 

I'm requesting to be refunded the money i was charged, thank you for your help Mods.

I'm looking at my paypal history and i've actually been charged 4 times, really spotify?
