Cancelled Spotify premium but still being charged.

Hi all, 

I cancelled my Spotfiy premium account around 17 November 2015 which is when I purchased Amazon Prime and as I didn't need two music apps I decided to cancel Spotify Premium.

I have now been charged £9.99 for 7 months I have not had premium and I would like a refund.

However, my email address attached to my profile does not exist anymore so any messages are being sent to that. I used to log into Spotify via Facebook. 

 

I have completed the online contact form but it says it will respond to my email on my profile which does not exist. So I have nowhere to go to speak to anybody.

Try to use this contact form to get in touch with the Spotify support team. Remember to be logged out from all websites. 

 

If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply

 

Spotify usually takes 24 hours to reply.
