Cancelled Student subscription - how to resubscribe with discount?

Hi there,

I have a Student account so I get Spotify for £4.99 instead of £9.99 a month. I cancelled this a week or two ago, but then realised I actually use Spotify a lot so I want to keep my subscription.

My subscription expires on the 9th of January. How do I renew my Student subscription? All I want is to undo the original cancellation and get my £4.99 Spotify back!

I've tried navigating via the NUS Extra site (where they have a link for me to use) but (I think because I'm technically Premium at the moment) it's not redirecting me to the right page - it's just putting me on the Manage Account page, and subscribing here results in my next payment being shown as £9.99 which is incorrect.

I don't want to wait until the 10th to resubscribe because I'm travelling the night of the 9th and being without Spotify on my late train would not be ideal!

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:
