Cancelled Sub

Hi, so I was offered a 99cent subscription and when I put in my details it took 9.99 out of my account instead of 99cent. I cancelled immediately but didn't get refunded. There doesn't seem to be any online helping people that work for Spotify that could help me so I'm posting here, how do I go about getting a refund if I can't talk to anybody in the company?

Dunno if this will work but meh! If nothing else I'll have a good auld give-out about he Spotify staff and maybe boycott it.

And now it won't let me post this.
