Cancelled Subscription Didnt Cancel?

So I started using Spotify premium when I saw that they were doing premium for 3 months at only a $1 cost. So I was like **bleep** yeah. I purchased it and then went to the account details because I didn't want it after those 3 months were out. So I tried to cancel the subscription for the next payment essentially. And after going through the process it said I had cancelled my subscription to it. But just today I got charged $12 for another month of it that I was told by the site itself that I had cancelled. I would appreciate some technical support or something as I don't want to use it anymore and can't really afford to not get this fixed.

Hey @Martonator,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you with a refund within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I experienced the same problem. Very unfortunate as it was a very nice promotion. I cancelled right before the end of the trial but was still charged the Premium fee for the next month. Hope to get a reply soon through Twitter.
