Cancelled Subscription, Still Charged.

Cancelled Subscription, Still Charged.

Hello,

 

I decided to try 30 days Premium membership of Spotify. It said that if I continue using it after the due date, I will be charged. However, I decided to cancel it a week earlier and at the same day I cancelled it, I got charged. Moreover, it says that my Premium membership will continue to be active until the beginning of the 2014 and then it will be changed to Free trial. Why was I charged and how can I get my money back if Free trial Premium membership wasn't expired? I didn't want to use it. There wasn't said in the notification that I will be charged for cancelling FreePremium membership!

Hey @Lithuanian ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. Due to the nature of billing issues they can't be investigated here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
