Cancelled Subscription Twice but it keeps Charging Me for Premium

I canceled Spotify Twice after the free trial but it keeps charging me?! I don't have the money to keep paying this. I sent a message to spotifys customer service but I have heard nothing from them. You guys better fix this problem or I'm getting suspicious. Please refund 2 months of payment . Help me Someone.......

Is it possible you have somehow created two accounts? Anyway, check that the right email address is show in your account profile then send off another contact form. The automated reply should be sent back pretty quickly so watch your spam folder. When you get the automated reply, reply to it even though it says not to, to speed things along.

I had the same exact problem. I went threw the whole process and got the crapping bit of music and the end each time saying "we cant let you go with giving you a bit of free music" but apparently it was not free!! I was charged for three months after and then I cancelled it again and It seemed to do the job. But wont get any money back despite canceling an not use this trerible trerible servise!

I had the same problem. I cancelled and was suprised to see that they kept charging me for 3 more months. It was American Express credit card. I cancelled it again today. spotify is cleverly cheating us becuase they are not sending the cancel confirmation by email. Only on the spotify website they state that "sorry to see you go" stuff. They can then change the status in their system. There is no proof that we cancelled it !!

Spotify need to send confirmation message that they cancelled our subscription!

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I SIGNED UP FOR FAMILY AND CANCELED IN THE SAME DAY BUT WAS CHARGED 14.99 I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR 1 MONTH TO GET A CREDIT, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN TODAY. I THINK I'M GOING TO REPORT MY CREDIT CARD STOLEN. I SAW THEY RAISED ALL THIS MONEY FOR FUNDING, I SEE HOW THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE!
