Cancelled Subscription? URGENT!!!!

I dont know my username or password or the email account I used to set up spotify, but I want to cancel my account I have my debit card number and stuff.

Hi,

You will need to contact customer services using the Support Form for this. Be aware that they will try and get your account details back for you, so they can cancel your account (I wouldn't recommend sharing your entire card number in the support ticket).
