Cancelled Subscription, still being charged.

Cancelled Subscription, still being charged.

I signed up for Spotify Premium back when their was a promo for $.99 or something like that and after the 3 months, I cancelled my subscription. However, I was just notified by my bank that a debit card that I no longer have is still being charged! It is allowing the payment to go through because it is linked to my account for automatic payments. Please tell me you can get this resolved. I should not have been paying for a service that I NEVER use!!!

the first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
