Cancelled but was STILL charged

I had a trial membership for Spotify, and I cancelled about 36 hours before it was time for renewal. I log onto my email this morning, and I've been charged a full month's subscription. I cancelled again, yet they're still trying to charge me $9.99.

 

I sent an email to customer support, and all I got was someone telling me that my subscription would run out in a month. I DON'T WANT THE SUBSCRIPTION! I'm extremely frustrated (and poor), and I don't have $9.99 to spend on Spotifty.

 

CAN SOMEONE HELP!
