Cancelled credit card replaced but premium not recognised on most devices

Hi I lost my cc and Spotify just bounced to Free. When I entered the new credit card, the first time around it hadn't been set up for international payments so I entered it again. 

 

Now premium works fine on my Mac but not on my Android or iOS devices. For Android I even removed the entire app and reinstalled it and restarted but to no avail. 

 

This is pretty lame: can someone help me? Also, as I don't have mobile access I'm paying for, it'd be great to be credited for this lost (so far all day today).

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Are you sure you are logging into the correct accout on your mobile devices? 

Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using Facebook.

No I used Spotify before Facebook was required or offered (in 2008 or so). Something's screwed up: how can I have a private discourse with Spotify on this? 

You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to deal with your case in private if you like 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
