Cancelled in December, Still Being Charged

Cancelled in December, Still Being Charged

I cancelled my premium subscription back in December 2015 after my 3 month subscription had ended and I was charged for another month.  I'm not overly upset with that charge because it was my fault I hadn't gone in to change the automatic renewal status.  It's now June, and I've realized that Spotify charged me in March, April, and May for premium services despite having never renewed my subscription.  Each 9.99 charge slipped under the radar when looking at credit card statements, but I finally caught on to this.  I'm sure nothing will happen, because I hear the support team is a joke, but I'm just trying to make sure others know what's happened before going further with their premium subscriptions.

Maybe you have a dublicate account which you have forgotten, to request a refund you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the Online Contact Form and they will be able to assist you with this.

You can also Tweet / DM @SpotifyCares.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
