Cancelled my supscription but still pays?

Hi!
Last month I cancelled the sup subscription but you still charged me this month. Why is that?
I would like to refound the pursches for this month please.

Hey @Mica5,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription 🙂

I didn't get a confirmation mail. I have cancelled the subscrption again and I haven't got that kind of mail this time either.

That’s odd. In this case, i’d recommend reaching out to Spotify Support.
