Cancelled premium account 2 months ago, keeps billing me.

Dear Spotify team,

 

first off, I love the service. I can't use it currently due to personal reasons, but I plan on getting back to my premium account soon.

 

This is why I cancelled my premium account about two months ago. However, I keep getting billed! I was already billed twice now, even though when I log into my spotify account it clearly says that I am no longer a premium user. I also can't use spotify on my iPad, since I am not a premium user anymore.

 

I was billed twice in the last 2 months, and thus 20 pounds were removed from my account for no reason - and for me this is a lot since I am a student. I would like to have this money back.


I hope we can solve this issue so I can continue being a spotify premiem user in the future.
