I cancelled my premium subscription 2 weeks ago, and nowhere did it say my account would be charged another time.
All anywhere said was that you can cancel ANYTIME.
How do I contact an actual staff member of spotify in regards to my acocunt. I'm not happy that this unexpected charge has caused my account to debit, and now I've been hit with bank charges and fees for an overdrawn account. NOT HAPPY SPOTIFY

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
