I bought premium months ago...I then cancelled a while ago.
I was charged a few days ago. I need this stopped immediately and the last charge refunded because I didn't authorise it.
I need to speak to an actual Spotify rep, NOT just someone in the community.
Do your own job, Spotify!
Also, finally, it took over TEN TIMES trying to post this up due to your ridiculous need to "label" things, because of "Sorry - you can't send this email right now" messages and because I lose all supposedly autosaved data each time a send fails.
Your help system is AWFUL.
