Cancelled premium stlll kept being charged now no email from them regarding refund

Hi - Can anyone help as it would seem like Spotify are ignoring my return email to them in refernce to having money withdrawn from my account month on month.....any contact details please? thanks choleshouts

Hi @codding, thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

If you haven't received it, you probably didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.
