Cancelled subscription, but still got charged.

Cancelled subscription, but still got charged.

so I canceled two weeks ago, look yesterday, still got charged...... whats up with that? I'm at court.matzkanin@gmail.com

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can make sure they'll stop charging you and refund that payment.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I changed my account to disable auto payment and did get charged $9.99. I really need a refund. The contact form is all greyed out and I cant submit my request thru the contact form. I called the number on my bank statement and got no representative, I was just looped back to spotify.com. PO.
