Cancelled subscription, but still got charged.

Cancelled subscription, but still got charged.

I need a refund. I was charged right before I cancelled the subscription. I was unhappy with Spotify, and wanted a full refund, and then the paypal app on my phone told me you charged me. I'd appreciate it if I got a full $10 refund. Please respond ASAP. Everything was too slow for me, I had full connection everywhere, and 3G. I had plenty of memory on phone, and my inernet connection at home isn't the greatest. Please refund me the full amount. Thank you!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to deal with your request personally via email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
