Cancelled too early

Hi,

 

A few days ago I cancelled my premium account, so that I won't have to pay the next month. But Spotify immediately cancelled the Premium account even though on the 25th of March, Spotify charged me €9,99 on my Paypal account. So that would mean that I would have atleast have Spotify Premium until the 25th of April. I hope this can still be reactivated, or clarified to me if I am wrong about this.

Can you please check your subscription status at this page or this page?

On the page you sent me it says my subscription will automatically renew on 02-05-2016.

So, that means you have premium and if you cancel your Premium subscription before 02-05-2016, you can use Premium until that date.

 

If you have canceled your Premium subscription, I advice you to check if it is really canceled by looking at the pages linked in my reaction above.

 

 

@Nabsz. how and what did you notice that your Premium subscription had ended immediately? And does the desktop app says you are using Premium (on top in the middle)?
