Cancelled trial was billed anyway upon expiration of trial date

Cancelled trial was billed anyway upon expiration of trial date

I cancelled my 30 day trial through Spotify, however I was charged for another month anyway.

I want this to be refunded and can not find a contact email address anywhere on your site.

I'm sorry about this issue. Spotify can really solve it for you in good way.

 

There is no email to Spotify customers services, but you can fill contact form http://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ and someone will look into this issue for you with solution.

 

Hope this helps. And if you don't mind, please let Spotify know why you choosed to cancel your subscription. Is there anything you want to do in other ways? Spotify is looking for any feedback. And oh, remember to listen Spotify in Free modus - without limits!
