Cancelling download purchase

Hello everyone,

I have purchased 15 downloads that I didn't want. Then I was like: "Well, since I already have them, why not use them?" then I downloaded an album of 12 tracks that I already had, but not at high quality. Then I went to look for the album on my computer and it was nowhere to be found! Also, when I went to my "Downloads" section in Spotify, selected a track and clicked "Open Folder" and it just led me to the album I already had!

So, my question is: Is it still possible that I can get my €12,99 back? I never wanted to spend them in the first place.
