Cancelling my Premium subscription

Hi
I would like to cancel my premium subscription. I did a 3 month trial and wanted to cancel it before I was charged. When I logged into my Spotify account of n my phone it said I was on the free service but then I was charged $11.99. When I looked at Spotify on my iPad it says im on the Premium service.
At this stage I would just like to cancel my subscription

Can anyone help?

Thanks @superwisdom, I realised that I could just cancel the recurring payment with PayPal so that's what I did.
